Best Managed IT Service Providers in Lehi, UT

Lehi is the middle of Silicon Slopes, which means an IT search here returns companies that build software rather than manage it. All 11 verified providers below sell an ongoing managed service to businesses, and 3 of them work from offices inside the Lehi city limits. Every office was measured from the city offices at 131 North 100 East, the closest at 0.26 miles and the farthest on a 23.58-mile driving route. 18 of the 45 places the Lehi search returned are software companies, and not one of them is on this page.

InfoTech Enterprise Solutions
Lehi, UT (4.09 miles from City Hall)
Managed IT Cybersecurity Cloud Helpdesk Network Backup & DR Compliance VoIP

InfoTech Enterprise Solutions is the best-reviewed provider with a Lehi street address, holding a 5.0 across 108 Google reviews with no rating below five, and it is the only firm on this page that puts price certainty at the centre of the offer. Its own Lehi page promises a predictable flat monthly rate with 'no hourly charges, no retainers, and no fine print' and 'No contracts ever', and it publishes 2901 Bluegrass Boulevard Suite 200-259 plus a second office at 1675 North Freedom Boulevard in Provo. One plan covers help desk and end-user support, proactive network monitoring, data backup and recovery, cybersecurity, cloud management, routine maintenance, IT strategy and a co-managed option, for healthcare and dental clinics, manufacturing and logistics, professional services and nonprofits. Three things a buyer should know. Its headline claim is 'Trusted by Utah Businesses for Over 7 Years' and it names no founding year and no leadership, so the 40+ years it cites is combined staff experience rather than company age. Clutch records it at $150-$199 an hour with a $1,000+ minimum and 2-9 employees, the top hourly band in Utah County, which sits oddly beside a flat-rate pitch. And its own page prints the postcode as 84048, a typo for 84043, while the neighbouring Orem and Sandy rosters record 109 reviews against the 108 captured here on 13 October 2026.Source: Google Business Profile & company website · Verified October 2026

Solzorro
Provo, UT (13.11 miles from Lehi)
Managed IT Cybersecurity Cloud Helpdesk Network Backup & DR Compliance Microsoft 365

Solzorro is the most transparent provider on this page and the only one that names its whole team. It holds a 5.0 across 83 Google reviews, every one a five-star, publishes 15 named staff from owner Dan Burt down, and sets out two promises most MSPs will not put in writing: 'Our rates are on our site, and hardware is passed through at cost', and no client contracts. It works from 2545 North Canyon Road Suite 210 in Provo, 13.11 miles from the Lehi city offices, with a second office at 9133 Monroe Plaza Way in Sandy, and names Lehi explicitly in its Utah Valley service list. Published lines run to IT support and a help desk, managed and co-managed IT, remote support and RMM automation, Office 365 consulting, Azure and SharePoint, cybersecurity, WiFi consulting, backup and recovery, and compliance work across HIPAA, FERPA and PCI, for credit unions, healthcare, law firms, defense contractors, manufacturers, engineering practices and accountants. It carries Top Clutch Managed Service Provider in Utah 2026 and Inc. 5000 2026 honoree badges and a partner wall including Cisco Meraki, Datto RMM, Bitdefender, Sophos, Fortinet, IRONSCALES and Microsoft Intune. Two caveats. It names no founding year, only '15 Years' serving Utah businesses, and it publishes no response-time number at all, so ask for time to resolve in writing.Source: Google Business Profile & company website · Verified October 2026

i.t.NOW
Pleasant Grove, UT (4.51 miles from Lehi)
Managed IT Cybersecurity Cloud Helpdesk Compliance Microsoft 365

i.t.NOW holds the deepest review record anywhere in the Lehi candidate pool, a 4.9 across 393 Google reviews, which is more than the next two providers combined and more than four times the median for this page. Its Google listing puts it at 2436 West 700 South in Pleasant Grove, 4.51 miles from the Lehi city offices, and it names Lehi directly in its service-area list. Published lines cover managed IT services, co-managed IT, IT project design, cloud services including Microsoft 365 Copilot, cybersecurity with security awareness training, endpoint detection and response and vulnerability scanning, HIPAA and PCI compliance and a help desk, sold to manufacturing, construction, property management, transportation, local government, finance, law, health care and senior living. Its star distribution is the most informative on the page: 382 five-star reviews, three fours, three threes and five ones, which is what a genuine 4.9 across hundreds of clients looks like. Three caveats for comparison. Its website publishes no street address at all, only a phone number and a city list, so the address above comes from its Google Business Profile. It states no founding year, although its logo file references '30 YR' and a testimonial shows a client since 2009. And it publishes no numeric response commitment, only 'unbeatable response times' and 'lightning-fast', so ask for a figure.Source: Google Business Profile & company website · Verified October 2026

NetWize
Salt Lake City, UT (23.58 driving miles from Lehi)
Managed IT Cybersecurity Cloud Helpdesk Network Backup & DR vCIO Microsoft 365

NetWize publishes the hardest response-time number in this market and backs it with the broadest security stack. Its own Utah page states an average response of under 10 minutes for all IT support requests, a 98.9 percent client satisfaction rating, 25+ years in business and a 60-day opt-out clause it describes as cancellation with no questions asked. It holds a 4.9 across 176 Google reviews. It is also the farthest listed office and the only one that needed a driving route: 702 West Confluence Avenue in the Salt Lake City 84123 postcode measures 20.33 straight-line miles, inside the 16-to-23 band, and routed on OSRM at 23.58 driving miles, inside the 25-mile limit by 1.42 miles. Published lines run to managed and co-managed IT, 24/7 emergency support, asset management and procurement, mobile device management, server administration, a four-tier help desk, vCIO services, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange and SharePoint, private, public and hybrid cloud with cloud migration, and a security stack covering a managed SOC, managed detection and response, SIEM, penetration testing, cyber risk assessment, zero trust, dark web monitoring and security awareness training. Two caveats. It also publishes a Provo office at 180 North University Avenue Suite 270 Office 201-03 that would measure about 14.5 miles, but the rating used here belongs to the Salt Lake City listing, so the Salt Lake City address is what was measured and routed. And it names no founding year, no certifications and no leadership, offering only '25+ Years' and '64 years of combined experience'.Source: Google Business Profile & company website · Verified October 2026

Protek Support
Sandy, UT (13.75 miles from Lehi)
Managed IT Cybersecurity Cloud Helpdesk Network Backup & DR vCIO VoIP Compliance

Protek Support runs the most complete published service catalogue of any provider serving Lehi, and it is honest about one thing while quiet about another. It holds a 4.9 across 90 Google reviews, publishes a 97.6 percent average client satisfaction rating, says it resolves about 50 tickets daily and claims 15+ years in business with 150+ years of combined IT experience. The catalogue covers remote and on-site support, employee onboarding and offboarding, IT audits, vCIO services, asset management, office relocation, co-managed IT, VoIP and unified communications, public and hybrid cloud with cloud migration and managed desktop and VDI, and a security line running to SIEM, a managed SOC, managed detection and response, cyber risk assessments, penetration testing and email protection. Two caveats a Lehi buyer needs. Its page is titled 'Managed IT Services in Lehi' and the only address it publishes, printed twice, is 542 West 9320 South in Sandy, 13.75 miles away, which is the address measured here. And its Microsoft badge carries the image alt text MicrosoftSilverPartner, a tier Microsoft retired in 2022, while its FAQ refers to 'certified Level 2+ technicians' without naming a certification, so ask for the current Solutions Partner designation and the technician credentials by name.Source: Google Business Profile & company website · Verified October 2026

Wits IT Services
Lehi, UT (3.27 miles from City Hall)
Managed IT Cybersecurity Network Backup & DR Compliance

Wits IT Services is the only listed provider that names the certifications its team holds, and the headline one is unusual for a firm this size: Cisco CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, which its own site describes as top 3 percent globally, alongside Microsoft Azure Certified, AWS Certified Cloud Partner, PMP, Kali Linux KLCP and a UNP network credential. It holds a 4.9 across 78 Google reviews and publishes a Lehi headquarters at 3300 North Triumph Boulevard Suite 100, 3.27 miles from the city offices. It is also the only firm here that publishes a price: business managed IT from $85 per user per month, month to month, flat rate, no long-term contracts, with same-day service in its primary coverage area, 24/7/365 monitoring and an emergency response team. Its distinctive line is cable certification testing, which answers the complaint it quotes on its own homepage, that an installer says the cable works and nobody can prove it meets spec. Three caveats. It sells a full residential practice beside the business one, covering smart home, security cameras, audio installation, computer repair, device setup and home builder work with a $165 residential assessment fee, so confirm which team answers a business ticket. Its Google listing shows a different Lehi address, 139 Hunter's Grove Lane Suite 200, 2.0 miles out, so ask which office you would deal with. And it names no founding year and no owner, and its site references HIPAA, NIST, PCI DSS, SOX and GDPR without claiming an audit of its own.Source: Google Business Profile & company website · Verified October 2026

Business Computer Support of Lehi
Lehi, UT (0.26 miles from City Hall)
Managed IT Cybersecurity Cloud Network Backup & DR VoIP

Business Computer Support of Lehi is the closest provider to the Lehi city offices on this page, 0.26 miles away at 64 North 300 West, which is the only address its site publishes anywhere. It holds a 5.0 across 14 Google reviews on a Lehi listing with a local 385 number. Its service list is a genuine MSP list headed 'Managed IT Services (MSP)' and covering proactive monitoring, firewall maintenance, VPN and remote assistance, enterprise business WiFi with guest networks and a captive portal, network management with CAT-5, CAT-6 and fibre cabling, cloud solutions, data backup and recovery, office and server setup, and managed VoIP phone systems, on a Bitdefender, UniFi, Dell and Microsoft 365 stack. It is also the one row that needs the most scrutiny, and the reasons are stated rather than hidden. The brand contains the city name, which is the pattern this directory distrusts, so it was matched on its domain instead: that domain is wasatchmsp.com and this page is served at /lehi, which suggests one Wasatch Front operator running city-branded pages rather than a Lehi company. It names no founding year, no owner and no industries. Its 'Microsoft 365 Solutions Provider' and 'Microsoft 365 Cloud Solution Provider' lines are partner designations it asserts itself, so this directory ships no certification token for it. And the four progress bars on its homepage reading 98 percent, 99 percent, 97 percent and 100 percent are unexplained, so treat them as decoration. Ask who owns it, how many engineers it employs and where they sit.Source: Google Business Profile & company website · Verified October 2026

TeamLogic IT
American Fork, UT (2.50 miles from Lehi)
Managed IT Cybersecurity

TeamLogic IT of Utah Valley North is the second-closest managed IT office to Lehi on this page, 2.50 miles away at 195 West Main Street in American Fork, and it holds a 5.0 across 8 Google reviews with a star distribution that sums exactly. It is also the thinnest write-up here, and the reason is recorded rather than papered over: teamlogicit.com returned HTTP 403 Forbidden on the /UtahValleyNorthUT location page and again on a second path, so nothing about this franchise could be grounded in a current read of its own copy. What is verified is the address, the local 385 phone number, the rating and review count with their distribution, and Google categories of computer support and services, computer consultant, computer security service and data recovery service, which is why its service list stops at managed IT and cybersecurity rather than repeating the franchisor's national catalogue. TeamLogic IT is a business-focused managed IT franchise that this directory already lists in more than a dozen cities, and each location is independently owned, so the owner, team size, founding year and industry focus of this one are all unverified. Call it and ask before shortlisting.Source: Google Business Profile & company website · Verified October 2026

911 IT
South Jordan, UT (12.63 miles from Lehi)
Managed IT Cybersecurity Cloud Compliance VoIP Helpdesk

911 IT is the most decorated provider on this page and the one with the longest verified track record, stating 'In Business Since 2004' on its own homepage. It holds a 4.8 across 117 Google reviews from 1124 South Jordan Parkway Suite C, 12.63 miles from the Lehi city offices. Its awards are named and dated: winner of the 2024 Titans Of The Industry Under 40 Award, a 2025 Titans Of The Industry finalist, a 2024 MSP Titans of the Industry finalist, a Better Your Best winner, a Best of Salt Lake listing and a 'World Class Customer Experience Certified' badge. Nine service lines are published: managed IT, co-managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, business continuity, VoIP phone services and CMMC, HIPAA and PCI compliance, sold on a flat monthly rate to construction, CPAs and financial firms, engineering firms, healthcare and manufacturing. Its support claim is a live 24/7 help desk that it says resolves most issues remotely within minutes, with a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee and a 100 percent money-back guarantee. Three caveats. Lehi is not on its service-area list, which names Provo, Salt Lake City and South Jordan in Utah plus Phoenix, Tucson and three Wyoming cities, so ask directly whether it covers your address. Its CMMC, HIPAA and PCI lines are services it sells and it names no security certification, so this directory ships no certification token for it. And the only owner reference anywhere on the site is a first name, 'Adam', inside a customer review.Source: Google Business Profile & company website · Verified October 2026

Network Providers, Inc.
Draper, UT (8.17 miles from Lehi)
Managed IT Cybersecurity Cloud Helpdesk Backup & DR Compliance VoIP Microsoft 365

Network Providers, Inc. has the longest trading history on this page, stating 'Serving Businesses Since 1998' and '25+ Years Of Experience' on its own site, and it is the only listed firm built specifically around regulated industries. It holds a 4.7 across 58 Google reviews from 110 West 13775 South Suite 3 in Draper, 8.17 miles from the Lehi city offices, names Lehi in a 31-entry service area list, and runs separate practices for healthcare, dental, law firms and manufacturing. Twenty service lines are published, including managed IT on flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees, hourly IT support without a long-term contract, an IT help desk, outsourced and co-managed IT, remote support, cybersecurity, IT compliance, ransomware removal and protection, HIPAA compliance, cloud services, Microsoft 365, VoIP, structured cabling, data backup and recovery and disaster recovery planning, with 24/7 proactive monitoring, a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee and separate sales and support numbers. Three caveats. Its compliance offer is explicitly help rather than accreditation, in its own words 'We help businesses comply with HIPAA, CMMC, FTC, and PCI security regulations', so this directory ships no certification token for it, which corrects how this firm has been recorded elsewhere. It also sells web design and development, website hosting and ADA website compliance beside the IT work, so confirm which team owns your tickets. And it names no owner or executive anywhere on the site and publishes no response-time figure, offering only 'A technician, not a queue' and a Service Level Expectation page.Source: Google Business Profile & company website · Verified October 2026

Executech
South Jordan, UT (12.03 miles from Lehi)
Managed IT Cybersecurity Cloud VoIP Helpdesk Network

Executech is the only provider on this page in the 250+ band and the largest managed service provider headquartered in Utah, working from 10876 South River Front Parkway Suite 100 in South Jordan, 12.03 miles from the Lehi city offices. It holds a 4.7 across 260 Google reviews, the second-deepest record here. Its Utah page is the only one in this market that names Lehi as a client segment rather than a service area, describing clients that range from 'tech startups in Lehi's Silicon Slopes' to Salt Lake City healthcare providers, and it is also the only one that publishes a leadership team, naming Kenyon Blackhurst, Lynde Roberts, Landon Boogaard, Dave Neddo and Tyler Rasmussen. Published lines cover cybersecurity, cloud services, VoIP solutions, helpdesk support services and network support, organised around a dedicated Partner Success Manager for each client, under three claims it calls Unrivaled Expertise, Size, Scale and Specialty, and Locally Grown. Two caveats for comparison. Its rating and review count come from data/cities/south-jordan.json, where this directory recorded them earlier, because the Lehi queries never returned its listing, so no star breakdown is shown rather than an invented one. And the directory's own records disagree on its founding year, with 1998 in the Seattle roster and 1999 in Sacramento, so no year is stated here.Source: Google Business Profile & company website · Verified October 2026

What Lehi Businesses Actually Struggle With

The problems local managed IT providers are hired to solve.

💻

An IT search here returns software companies

18 of the 45 places four Lehi IT queries returned carry Google's Software company category, and not one of them manages a client's IT. Two were close enough to open and both were rejected: a Draper firm selling custom software, CRM and ERP work at 4.6 across 17 reviews, and a Lehi firm selling websites, workflow automation and AI systems at 5.0 across 21. A five-star rating on a software house is still not a help desk.

🏗️

The city grew 60 percent and the IT did not

Lehi went from 47,407 residents in 2010 to 75,907 in 2020 and about 85,173 in 2024, with employed residents up 8.61 percent in the single year to 2024. A firm that hired its first IT person at 15 staff is now at 60 and running the same setup. That is the most common starting point for a managed IT conversation here, and it is why a predictable per-user fee usually beats another hire.

💰

You are competing with Adobe for every engineer

Computer and mathematical occupations pay a mean $53.30 an hour in this metro and make up 5.4 percent of its jobs, well above the national 3.4 percent. Adobe was announced for up to 1,260 Lehi jobs, Texas Instruments runs a fab with about 1,100 people and announced an $11 billion expansion, and Young Living built a headquarters for nearly 1,000. A 30-person company cannot win that bidding war, which is the real argument for outsourced IT support.

📍

A Lehi landing page is not a Lehi office

Several firms rank for the Lehi query from somewhere else, and one of them is on this page honestly. Protek Support publishes a full 'Managed IT Services in Lehi' page whose only address, printed twice, is 542 West 9320 South in Sandy, so that is the address this page measures. AnchorSix of Orem names Lehi in its service area and publishes no street address anywhere on its site, so it is not listed at all. Ask which office would dispatch to you, and how far it is.

🏢

Lehi rents push your provider out of town

Office space asks $18 to $40 per square foot per year here, roughly double Ogden, across 62 listings and 906,260 available square feet. Only 3 of the 11 verified providers keep a Lehi office; the rest work from Provo, Sandy, South Jordan, Draper, American Fork and Pleasant Grove. For remote work that is irrelevant. For a dead switch in a server closet at 4pm it is the whole question.

📋

Selling compliance is not holding a certification

Four listed firms sell compliance work and only two publish a named certification of their own. Network Providers, Inc. says it helps businesses comply with HIPAA, CMMC, FTC and PCI rules; 911 IT lists CMMC, HIPAA and PCI compliance among its services. Neither claims to hold any certification, and this directory ships no certification token for either. If your customers or your auditor need you to be compliant, ask for the certificate and the date, not the service page.

The Lehi IT Market in 2026

A Technology City That Still Outsources Its Own IT

Lehi employs more technology workers per head than the country does and still buys managed IT services from outside. Computer and mathematical occupations are 5.4 percent of Provo-Orem-Lehi employment against 3.4 percent nationally, which is 16,390 local jobs, and Professional, Scientific and Technical Services is Lehi's largest resident sector at 7,294 workers. Those engineers work for Adobe, Texas Instruments, Young Living, Ancestry and the Silicon Slopes startups, all of which run their own internal teams. The commercial market on this page is everything else: the suppliers, clinics, law firms, builders, dealerships and 20-person software companies behind Utah County's 17,057 employer establishments, who have nobody on staff to patch a server, monitor a firewall or manage a Microsoft 365 tenant. They outsource it, because local engineers cost a mean $53.30 an hour and Adobe is bidding for the same candidate.

Eighteen of the Forty-Five Local Results Build Software Instead

The hardest part of shortlisting IT support in Lehi is telling a managed service provider apart from a product company, because Google cannot. Of the 45 places four Lehi IT queries returned, 18 carry Google's Software company category and not one of them manages a client's IT. Two looked close enough to open. Hexagon IT Solutions of Draper holds 4.6 across 17 reviews and heads its homepage 'Build the Business Systems Your Company Has Outgrown', selling custom software, CRM, ERP and API development. Velixon of Lehi holds 5.0 across 21 reviews and sells 'conversion-focused websites, workflow automation, AI systems, custom software, CRMs, portals, dashboards' from a mailing address, naming no help desk and no monthly support plan. Both are real businesses and neither is an MSP, so both are off this page. The test that settles every one of these cases is whether the firm sells an ongoing retainer, and to whom.

Three Providers Hold a Lehi Address, and Eight More Are Inside the Radius

Lehi has genuine local supply, and it is three firms deep. Business Computer Support of Lehi at 64 North 300 West is 0.26 miles from the city offices, Wits IT Services runs a headquarters at 3300 North Triumph Boulevard Suite 100 at 3.27 miles, and InfoTech Enterprise Solutions is at 2901 Bluegrass Boulevard at 4.09 miles. The roster reaches 11 because Lehi sits almost exactly between Salt Lake County and Provo, so TeamLogic IT in American Fork at 2.50 miles, i.t.NOW in Pleasant Grove at 4.51, Network Providers, Inc. in Draper at 8.17, Executech in South Jordan at 12.03, 911 IT in South Jordan at 12.63, Solzorro in Provo at 13.11 and Protek Support in Sandy at 13.75 are all closer than a cross-town drive in a bigger metro. NetWize was the only candidate in the 16-to-23 mile band, so its route was measured at 23.58 driving miles and it is listed with that figure on its card.

What Lehi-Area Providers Actually Sell

Eleven verified providers support Lehi businesses, and the same service lines repeat across nearly all of them. Managed IT services carry the monthly fee, proactive network monitoring and 24/7 monitoring catch faults before staff notice, help desk support answers the tickets, cybersecurity services and endpoint protection protect the laptops, backup and disaster recovery proves the restore, cloud services and Microsoft 365 administration run the mailboxes, network management and VoIP keep the office talking, and IT consulting with vCIO work sets the three-year plan, which Protek Support and NetWize both name outright. Co-managed IT is the model for a company that already employs one administrator and wants a bench behind them, and seven of these eleven sell it by name, including i.t.NOW, Network Providers, Inc. and NetWize. Cloud migration is sold as a project by Protek Support, NetWize and InfoTech Enterprise Solutions. Compliance support is covered in the next paragraph, because the distinction between selling it and holding it decides several of these rows.

Four Firms Sell Compliance Work and Only Two Publish Certifications

Compliance and certification are different purchases, and this roster separates them deliberately. Only two of the eleven providers publish named certifications on their own sites. Wits IT Services lists Cisco CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, which it describes as top 3 percent globally, alongside Microsoft Azure Certified, AWS Certified Cloud Partner, PMP, Kali Linux KLCP and a UNP network credential. Protek Support displays a Microsoft partner badge, although its image alt text still reads MicrosoftSilverPartner and Microsoft retired the Silver tier in 2022, so ask for its current Solutions Partner designation. Four more firms sell compliance as a service without claiming to hold anything: Network Providers, Inc. states in its own words that it helps businesses comply with HIPAA, CMMC, FTC and PCI rules, 911 IT lists CMMC, HIPAA and PCI compliance among its services, Solzorro names HIPAA, FERPA and PCI, and InfoTech Enterprise Solutions lists compliance support inside its managed plan. That is a meaningful difference if an auditor is going to ask you for evidence, so treat a service page as a capability claim and ask for the certificate separately.

Why a Local Provider Is Worth More Here Than the Rents Suggest

Lehi office space is expensive, so most of the engineers who serve Lehi are not sitting in it. Office rents ask $18 to $40 per square foot per year across 62 listings and 906,260 available square feet, with the citywide average stated as $27.25 in one place and $30 in another on the same listing page, which is roughly double what the same provider pays in Ogden. That is why only 3 of these 11 firms keep a Lehi office and the rest work from Provo, Sandy, South Jordan, Draper, American Fork and Pleasant Grove. For remote work it changes nothing: a responsive provider will monitor your network, patch your servers and migrate your mailboxes from thirteen miles away exactly as well as from one. For a failed switch it changes everything. Four firms publish a number you can verify in writing, namely NetWize at an average response under 10 minutes and a 98.9 percent satisfaction rating, Protek Support at a 97.6 percent satisfaction rating with response times it describes as measured in minutes, 911 IT with a 24/7 help desk that it says resolves most issues remotely within minutes, and Wits IT Services promising same-day service across its primary coverage area. Ask for time to resolve as well as time to respond, because that is the number that describes how long your staff cannot work.

Key Lehi Neighborhoods / Submarkets
Traverse Mountain Thanksgiving Point Main Street Historic District West Lehi Inverness Cranberry Farms Thanksgiving Meadows Point of the Mountain Ashton Boulevard Digital Drive American Fork Pleasant Grove Highland Alpine Saratoga Springs Eagle Mountain Draper Lindon

Lehi IT Submarkets at a Glance

Thanksgiving Point and the Ashton Boulevard office district

The office engine of the city and the heart of Silicon Slopes, running along Ashton Boulevard, Triumph Boulevard, Digital Drive and Thanksgiving Way. It holds most of Lehi's 906,260 available square feet and its priciest rents, with Thanksgiving Station 4 at 2801 North Thanksgiving Way asking $31.00 a square foot. Two listed providers work inside it, InfoTech Enterprise Solutions at 2901 Bluegrass Boulevard, 4.09 miles from the city offices, and Wits IT Services at 3300 North Triumph Boulevard, 3.27 miles. SOC 2 comes up constantly here, because the SaaS tenants in these buildings get asked for it by their own enterprise customers.

Downtown Lehi and the Main Street historic core

The civic and small-business centre, with Lehi City at 131 North 100 East, the Main Street Historic District on the National Register and the Hutchings Museum in the Veterans Memorial Building. Lehi Roller Mills has stood here since 1906. The closest provider on the page works from this district, Business Computer Support of Lehi at 64 North 300 West, 0.26 miles out, and Lehi Round-Up closes these streets for a week every June.

Traverse Mountain and Point of the Mountain

The north side of the city, climbing to the I-15 pass at the Salt Lake County line with about 900 acres permanently conserved. It is where the Lehi labour market stops being Utah County, which is why Draper, Sandy and South Jordan providers serve Lehi routinely: Network Providers, Inc. is 8.17 miles away, Executech 12.03 and 911 IT 12.63. A business up here is frequently closer to a Salt Lake County MSP than to a Provo one.

The Texas Instruments fab and the west industrial belt

Semiconductor manufacturing and the suppliers around it. Texas Instruments bought Micron's 300-millimetre Lehi fab for about $900 million in October 2021 with roughly 1,100 people on site, then announced an $11 billion expansion in 2023 that Utah officials called the largest economic investment in state history, expected to add about 800 TI jobs. The fab runs its own internal IT, so the opportunity for the firms on this page is the machine shops, logistics operators and engineering practices feeding it, which is also where ITAR and CMMC flowdown questions start.

American Fork, Pleasant Grove and north Utah County

East along the bench and the closest supply outside the city limits. TeamLogic IT works from 195 West Main Street in American Fork, 2.50 miles from the Lehi city offices and the second-closest office on this page, and i.t.NOW from 2436 West 700 South in Pleasant Grove at 4.51 miles with the deepest review record in the market at 393. Highland, Alpine and Lindon sit in the same band, and a provider here will reach a Lehi address faster than one in Thanksgiving Point will reach Provo.

Provo, Sandy and the two ends of the Wasatch Front

The outer ring, and where four of these eleven keep their engineers. Solzorro is at 2545 North Canyon Road in Provo, 13.11 miles out, under owner Dan Burt with 15 named staff; Protek Support publishes only 542 West 9320 South in Sandy, 13.75 miles; Executech runs the largest Utah-headquartered MSP from 10876 South River Front Parkway in South Jordan, 12.03 miles; and NetWize measures 23.58 driving miles from its Salt Lake City office, the farthest listed row and the only one that needed a route.

Cybersecurity Context for Lehi Businesses

Verified local capability and the gaps a Lehi buyer should price in before shortlisting.

🔐

One listed firm publishes named engineering credentials

Wits IT Services is the only provider here that lists the certifications its team holds, naming Cisco CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, which it describes as top 3 percent globally, alongside Microsoft Azure Certified, AWS Certified Cloud Partner, PMP, Kali Linux KLCP and a UNP network credential. It also sells cable certification testing, which answers the complaint it quotes on its own homepage, that an installer says the cable works and nobody can prove it meets spec. A named credential beats a security page.

🎯

Penetration testing is a two-firm shortlist

Only two of the eleven publish offensive testing rather than monitoring alone. Protek Support lists penetration testing beside SIEM, a managed SOC and managed detection and response. NetWize lists penetration testing beside a managed SOC, cyber risk assessment, dark web monitoring, zero trust and security awareness training. Solzorro is the deepest security stack without it, selling cybersecurity services on a partner wall that names Cynet, Bitdefender, IRONSCALES, Sophos and Fortinet. If you want your own network tested rather than only watched, that is a two-name shortlist in this market.

⏱️

Four firms publish a response figure, none of it an SLA

NetWize states an average response under 10 minutes for all IT support requests and a 98.9 percent satisfaction rating, with a 60-day opt-out clause. Protek Support publishes a 97.6 percent satisfaction rating, response times it calls measured in minutes and roughly 50 tickets resolved daily. 911 IT says its live 24/7 help desk resolves most issues remotely within minutes and offers a 100 percent money-back guarantee. Wits IT Services promises same-day service in its primary coverage area. None of those is a contractual service level, so get the number in writing.

🔗

Your provider is inside your security perimeter

A managed service provider holds privileged access to every client system, so its own posture becomes part of yours. No provider on this page publishes a SOC 2 report or any independent audit of itself, which matters more here than in most markets because the Thanksgiving Point office district is full of SaaS tenants whose own customers demand SOC 2. Wits IT Services' named credentials and Protek Support's certified Level 2+ technician claim are the strongest evidence any listed firm offers. Ask each one how it secures its own remote-management tooling, who on its staff can reach your systems, and what happens to that access the day the relationship ends.

What's Included in Managed IT Services?

Managed IT covers several stacked layers, not one flat plan. The list below shows the functions Lehi providers usually bundle at each level of coverage.

🛡️

Fully Managed IT

Most Requested

Your provider becomes the entire IT function. With no in-house technicians on payroll, the MSP owns every system, ticket, and vendor relationship.

  • ✓Round-the-clock remote monitoring and alerts (RMM)
  • ✓Unlimited helpdesk across Tier 1, 2 & 3
  • ✓Patch management for endpoints & servers
  • ✓Antivirus and EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response)
  • ✓Data backup and disaster recovery (BDR)
  • ✓Network upkeep across firewall, switches, and Wi-Fi
  • ✓Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
  • ✓Staff onboarding and offboarding
  • ✓vCIO input and quarterly IT strategy reviews
  • ✓Vendor coordination and procurement

Best for: Small and mid-size firms of 10–150 users running without in-house IT

🤝

Co-Managed IT

Rising Demand

Your in-house IT staff runs daily operations while the provider covers overflow, plugs skill gaps, and supplies specialist depth on demand.

  • ✓NOC (Network Operations Center) overflow capacity
  • ✓Evening and weekend helpdesk cover
  • ✓Security specialists and vCISO services
  • ✓Cloud design and migration projects
  • ✓Compliance program oversight
  • ✓Heavy project work (ERP, infrastructure refreshes)
  • ✓Shared access to RMM and PSA tooling
  • ✓Team training and skill augmentation
  • ✓Backup and DR supervision
  • ✓Executive reporting and board-level briefings

Best for: Growing companies of 50–500 users backed by 1–5 internal IT staff

How Lehi MSPs Structure Their Support Tiers

Tier 1: Front-Line Fixes

Covers password resets, everyday connectivity, app installs, printer faults, and M365 user requests. Most close in under 30 minutes, worked by front-line helpdesk staff.

Tier 2: Deeper Diagnosis

Handles server faults, network trouble, security incidents, tangled application errors, and failed backups. Escalated to senior technicians who hold deeper system access.

Tier 3: Deep Engineering

Owns infrastructure design, cloud architecture, large migrations, live disaster-recovery execution, and in-depth security investigations. Run by senior engineers and solution architects.

IT Compliance Requirements for Lehi Industries

The frameworks Lehi-area managed IT providers help Utah County businesses meet, and which firms actually name them.

📋
SOC 2

The framework Lehi asks about most, because the Thanksgiving Point and Ashton Boulevard office district is full of software companies whose enterprise customers will not sign without a report. Professional, Scientific and Technical Services is the city's largest resident sector at 7,294 workers, so the demand is structural rather than occasional. No provider on this page publishes a SOC 2 report of its own, and none advertises SOC 2 readiness work as a named service. Treat a dated report from an independent auditor as the bar, and ask every shortlisted firm how it would support your audit as a subservice organisation.

🏥
HIPAA

The best-covered framework in this market and the one most clearly named. Health Care and Social Assistance is Lehi's third-largest resident sector at 4,570 workers, and Mountain Point Medical Center opened as the city's first hospital in June 2015. Solzorro runs a named HIPAA Compliance service line alongside FERPA and PCI work, Network Providers, Inc. publishes a HIPAA Compliance service and markets dental and medical IT specifically, 911 IT lists HIPAA compliance, and i.t.NOW names HIPAA and PCI compliance on its own homepage. None of the four claims to hold a certification, so ask who runs your risk assessment and signs your business associate agreement.

🛡️
CMMC and NIST 800-171

Thinner than the manufacturing base deserves. Texas Instruments runs a 300-millimetre fab here with about 1,100 people and an $11 billion expansion under way, which pulls defense and aerospace flowdowns onto a long tail of local machine shops and engineering firms. Two listed providers name the framework and both sell it as a service rather than holding anything: 911 IT lists CMMC compliance among its nine service lines, and Network Providers, Inc. says it helps businesses comply with HIPAA, CMMC, FTC and PCI regulations. Check the Cyber AB marketplace before accepting any CMMC claim, and ask how the provider would sit inside your assessment scope as an external service provider.

💳
PCI DSS

Applies wherever card payments are taken, which in Lehi means retail, restaurants, dealerships and the Thanksgiving Point visitor economy. Retail Trade is the city's second-largest resident sector at 5,327 workers and Thanksgiving Point alone draws about 1.45 million visitors a year. Four providers name PCI work: 911 IT, Network Providers, Inc., Solzorro and i.t.NOW. Wits IT Services also references PCI DSS alongside NIST, SOX and GDPR on its own site. Card scope reaches hundreds of Lehi businesses that employ no security staff at all.

Only one provider serving this market publishes a price on its own site: Wits IT Services quotes managed IT from $85 per user per month, month to month, and Solzorro says its rates are published and hardware is passed through at cost. The hourly row above is the span of the Clutch Utah bands for firms in this county, from Axie Consulting of Lehi at $50-$99 through AnchorSix, Digital DataComm, Rock Mountain Technology, DirectPointe and Solzorro at $100-$149 up to InfoTech Enterprise Solutions of Lehi at $150-$199, which is the top band in Utah County. The per-user and monthly bands are Best IT MSP's own research across this roster and the neighbouring Provo, Orem, Sandy, South Jordan and Salt Lake City rosters rather than a published index, and they sit above the Ogden and Davis County equivalents because Lehi office rents ask $18 to $40 a square foot and local computer and mathematical occupations pay a mean $53.30 an hour. Three things decide where you land inside a band: user count, whether security tooling and licensing sit inside the fee, and whether you need a compliant environment with evidence an auditor will accept. Ask any provider to confirm in writing what the per-user fee covers and what is billed separately, before you compare two quotes side by side.

How to Choose the Right Managed IT Provider in Lehi

Most MSP contracts run 1–3 years, so the choice sticks. Work through the framework below to compare providers and sidestep an expensive mismatch.

Our Ranking Methodology: How Best IT MSP Ranks Lehi MSPs

We rank Lehi managed IT providers on verified Google ratings and real company data, never on payment. Every provider was found through an Apify Google Places sweep of four Lehi queries, three Google searches, the Clutch Utah managed-services ranking of 49 firms and the rosters of seven built Utah cities, then measured against a 25-driving-mile radius from the Lehi city offices at 131 North 100 East, then read against its own website to confirm it sells ongoing managed services to businesses. Ranking uses a review-weighted rating, so a 5.0 from 108 reviews outranks a 5.0 from 8. All 11 listed firms are rated, they carry 1,385 Google reviews between them, from 8 to 393 each with a median of 90, and the median rating is 4.9. Best IT MSP is an independent directory: we do not sell IT services and we do not appear in our own rankings.

Confirmed managed IT offering, read on the firm's own site In Silicon Slopes this is the criterion that does the work, because a Google category cannot tell a product company from a service company. 18 of the 45 places the Lehi queries returned are labelled Software company, and the two that read most like MSPs were opened and both were removed: one sells custom software, CRM and ERP development at 4.6 across 17 reviews, the other sells websites, workflow automation and AI systems at 5.0 across 21. The test is whether the firm sells an ongoing retainer, and to whom.
Verified Google rating, weighted by review depth A star rating is only as trustworthy as the reviews behind it, so review volume pulls thin five-star records toward the market baseline. That is why InfoTech Enterprise Solutions at 5.0 across 108 reviews leads TeamLogic IT at 5.0 across 8, and why i.t.NOW at 4.9 across 393 outranks several perfect scores. The two firms rated 4.7, Executech and Network Providers, Inc., are shown rather than hidden, because a buyer needs the spread.
A measured address inside 25 driving miles Every office was measured from the Nominatim node for Lehi, which sits on the Main Street and 100 East block where the city offices stand. Under 16 great-circle miles is automatically in and over 23 automatically out, and the 16-to-23 band is routed on OSRM. One listed firm reached that band: NetWize measured 20.33 straight-line miles and routed at 23.58 driving miles, inside the limit by 1.42 miles, and its card carries the routed figure rather than the straight line.
An address the firm publishes, or a Google listing it says so Nine of the eleven publish a street address on their own website. i.t.NOW publishes none, giving only a phone number and a service-area list that names Lehi, and TeamLogic IT's location page returned HTTP 403 twice, so both addresses come from a local Google Business Profile and both cards state that. A firm that publishes no address anywhere does not qualify at all: AnchorSix of Orem is a real MSP with 23 years of experience and a named leadership team, and it is off this page for exactly that reason.
A certification only when the firm's own site shows it Nine of the eleven rows ship no certification token, and that is a finding rather than a gap. Only Wits IT Services publishes named credentials, with Cisco CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure Certified and AWS Certified Cloud Partner, and only Protek Support shows a Microsoft partner badge, whose alt text still reads MicrosoftSilverPartner although Microsoft retired that tier in 2022. Protek also claims certified Level 2+ technicians without naming the certification. A framework a firm sells to clients, such as the HIPAA, CMMC, FTC and PCI help Network Providers, Inc. advertises, is not a framework it holds.
One company, one row Multi-office firms appear once, carrying the Google rating of the office nearest Lehi that the evidence actually supports, and the measured distance belongs to that same office. Protek Support's Lehi page publishes only its Sandy address, so Sandy is what is measured. NetWize publishes a Provo office that would measure about 14.5 miles, but the rating used is from its Salt Lake City listing, so Salt Lake City is what is routed. Ratings are never pooled across offices.

✅ Why choose a provider inside the Lehi city limits

Three providers hold a Lehi address, and the closest is 0.26 miles from the city offices, which makes same-day on-site support a scheduling question rather than a drive down I-15. The other eight sit 2.50 to 23.58 miles out in American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Draper, South Jordan, Sandy, Provo and Salt Lake City. If you mostly need remote help desk support and 24/7 monitoring, a Provo office thirteen miles away serves you identically. If you run a server closet, the drive matters.

📄 Ask what is not included

A written exclusion list is the fastest way to find the gap between what you think you are buying and what you are. Security tooling, backup and disaster recovery testing, Microsoft 365 licensing, structured cabling, VoIP handsets and after-hours cover are the usual surprises. Three firms here sell adjacent lines: InfoTech Enterprise Solutions sells cabling, cameras, access control, AV and business internet, Network Providers, Inc. sells web design and hosting, and Wits IT Services runs a full residential practice beside its business plans. Ask exactly which of those the monthly fee covers.

🕐 Separate response times from resolution time

Four providers here publish a number and none of them is a contractual service level. NetWize states an average under 10 minutes for all IT support requests plus a 98.9 percent satisfaction rating and a 60-day opt-out clause. Protek Support publishes 97.6 percent satisfaction, roughly 50 tickets resolved daily and response times it calls measured in minutes. 911 IT says its 24/7 help desk resolves most issues remotely within minutes. Wits IT Services promises same-day service. Resolution time is the number that describes how long your staff cannot work.

🔐 Ask about the provider's own security

Your provider holds privileged access to your systems, so make it accountable for its own posture. No firm on this page publishes a SOC 2 report, which is worth knowing in a city whose biggest commercial sector gets asked for SOC 2 by its own customers. Wits IT Services names Cisco CCIE, Microsoft Azure and AWS credentials held by its team, which is the only named certification evidence any listed provider offers. A dated standard beats a security page.

🏢 Match the size to your needs

Three providers here sit in the 1-9 band and give you a named engineer, seven in the 10-49 band including Solzorro with 15 named staff under owner Dan Burt, and one at 250+, Executech, which is the largest MSP headquartered in Utah and names five leaders on its Utah page. A six-person dental practice and a 200-person machine shop want different answers, and the size filter above separates them. Only two bands are published rather than estimated, both by Clutch.

🚩 Red Flags to Watch For

  • ✗A Lehi or Silicon Slopes page whose only published offices are in other cities
  • ✗A homepage that leads with custom software, CRM or app development rather than a monthly support plan
  • ✗A CMMC or SOC 2 claim with no assessor, auditor or Cyber AB listing behind it
  • ✗No written list of what falls outside the monthly fee
  • ✗Reluctance to give you direct access to your own logs and ticket history

Lehi Managed IT: Buyer's Guide

Most Lehi managed IT providers charge about $50 to $110 per user per month for fully managed IT, or $50 to $199 per hour for break-fix and project work. Regulated healthcare and finance clients sit at the higher end because of added security and compliance work. Ask each provider what is bundled into the per-user rate so you can compare quotes on the same basis.
A standard Lehi managed IT plan includes 24/7 monitoring, a help desk, patching and updates, endpoint security, and backup, usually for a flat per-user monthly fee. Major projects, new hardware, deep compliance audits, and large migrations are typically quoted separately. Get the line between recurring service and one-time project work in writing before you sign.
Managed IT gives a Lehi business a flat monthly fee and proactive coverage, which fits firms that need predictable uptime. Break-fix ($50 to $199 per hour) can work for very small offices that rarely need support but leaves you exposed between incidents. A full in-house hire costs more once you include benefits and after-hours gaps, so many teams choose co-managed IT to extend the staff they have.
Choose a Lehi MSP on verified reviews, a written service level agreement, and clear pricing, not marketing claims. Confirm the help desk is local or in-country and not offshored, ask for client references in your industry, and have them walk through their security stack. The providers on this page are ranked on real Google ratings and verified company data so you can shortlist three and compare.
Ask every Lehi provider for a written response time in their service level agreement. Strong MSPs acknowledge critical, business-down issues within about 15 to 60 minutes and staff a 24/7 help desk for after-hours coverage. A response time you can hold them to in writing matters more than a vague promise of fast support.
Many Lehi providers offer 24/7 monitoring and after-hours support, but coverage varies, so confirm it. Ask whether the help desk is staffed in-house and in-country or outsourced to an offshore call center, because that drives both response speed and how well technicians know your environment.
Most Lehi MSPs bundle managed detection and response, multi-factor authentication, patching, backup and disaster recovery, and security-awareness training, with dark-web monitoring and a 24/7 SOC on higher tiers. Ask which controls are included in the base plan versus sold as add-ons, since that is where quotes diverge most.
Lehi providers commonly support SOC 2, HIPAA, CMMC and NIST 800-171, and PCI DSS, aligning the right controls, documentation, and audit evidence to each. Tell a provider your specific obligation up front and ask for proof they have taken a client through that exact framework, not just general familiarity with it.
Common Lehi specialties include healthcare, finance, and professional services, plus professional services and small-to-midsize businesses across the metro. An MSP that already supports firms in your sector will know your software, compliance needs, and workflows, which shortens onboarding and reduces risk.
Yes. Co-managed IT lets a Lehi provider extend your internal staff rather than replace it, covering after-hours support, security, and specialized projects while your team keeps day-to-day control. It is a common fit for organizations that have one or two IT people who are stretched thin.
A good Lehi MSP starts with a discovery and documentation phase, then a phased cutover planned around your schedule to keep downtime minimal. Ask any provider to walk through their onboarding and transition plan, how they handle your existing tools and data, and what the first 30 days look like.
The Lehi ranking is earned on real Google ratings and verified company data, not payment. Organic position is never for sale. A provider can rent a clearly labelled Featured Partner or Sponsored spot, which is always marked as such and never mixed silently into the merit ranking below it.
This page lists 11 vetted managed IT providers serving Lehi, UT, ranked best-first on verified Google ratings up to 5 stars. Compare them side by side on services, size, certifications, and reviews, then shortlist three and request quotes.
Three of the eleven. Business Computer Support of Lehi works from 64 North 300 West, 0.26 great-circle miles from the Lehi city offices and the closest office on this page. Wits IT Services publishes a headquarters at 3300 North Triumph Boulevard Suite 100, 3.27 miles out, although its Google listing shows 139 Hunter's Grove Lane Suite 200 instead. InfoTech Enterprise Solutions is at 2901 Bluegrass Boulevard Suite 200-259, 4.09 miles out, and prints the postcode as 84048 on its own Lehi page, which is a typo for 84043. The other eight work from American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Draper, South Jordan, Sandy, Provo and Salt Lake City, with the measured distance on every card.
Because they build software rather than manage it. Of the 45 places four Lehi IT queries returned, 18 carry Google's Software company category, and reading them is how they came off the list. Hexagon IT Solutions of Draper holds 4.6 across 17 reviews and sells custom software, CRM, ERP and API development under the headline 'Build the Business Systems Your Company Has Outgrown'. Velixon of Lehi holds 5.0 across 21 reviews and sells websites, workflow automation, AI systems, CRMs and dashboards from a mailing address, naming no help desk and no monthly plan. Sequifi, Degasolutions, Tech9, SolutionStream, Capsoft Services, Netgain Solutions, Clever Coding, Opiniion, SocialClimb, Solutionreach, Jolt, Kuali and Clozd are the same story. A managed service provider sells you an ongoing retainer; a software company sells you a product.
In Sandy, 13.75 miles away, and it is listed on that basis. Its Lehi page publishes exactly one street address, printed twice, which is 542 West 9320 South, Sandy UT 84070, so that is the address this page measures and labels. It is a real managed IT provider: the page lists remote and on-site support, employee onboarding, IT audits, vCIO services, co-managed IT, a managed SOC, managed detection and response, penetration testing and cloud migration, with 15+ years in business, a 97.6 percent average client satisfaction rating and roughly 50 tickets resolved daily. The distance is the fact the page title hides, which is why every card here carries a measured number.
Because it publishes no street address anywhere on its own website. AnchorSix is otherwise a strong candidate: 23 years of experience, a flat monthly fee, infrastructure management, IT consulting, cybersecurity, helpdesk support, business continuity, 24/7 infrastructure monitoring, co-managed IT, and a named leadership team starting with CEO Tyler Leonard. Its FAQ says it caters to businesses across Salt Lake City, Provo, Orem, West Jordan, Sandy, South Jordan, Lehi, Draper and Riverton. Clutch records it in Orem at $100-$149 an hour with 10-49 staff. A service-area list is not an office, and this directory measures from an address the firm publishes.
i.t.NOW, at 4.9 across 393 Google reviews, which is more than the next two combined. Its Google listing puts it at 2436 West 700 South in Pleasant Grove, 4.51 miles from the Lehi city offices, and its own site publishes no street address at all, only a phone number and a service-area list that names Lehi. Executech is next at 4.7 across 260, then NetWize at 4.9 across 176 and 911 IT at 4.8 across 117. At the other end, TeamLogic IT of American Fork holds 5.0 across 8, so read that as a locality signal rather than a track record.
Two publish one, and the distinction matters. Wits IT Services lists Cisco CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, which it calls top 3 percent globally, plus Microsoft Azure Certified, AWS Certified Cloud Partner, PMP, Kali Linux KLCP and a UNP network credential. Protek Support displays a Microsoft partner badge whose image alt text reads MicrosoftSilverPartner, a tier Microsoft retired in 2022, so ask for its current Solutions Partner designation. The other nine rows ship no certification token at all, on purpose. Network Providers, Inc. says it helps businesses comply with HIPAA, CMMC, FTC and PCI regulations and 911 IT sells CMMC, HIPAA and PCI compliance, but selling a framework is not holding one.
It is closer than it looks, and the limit still bites. Downtown Salt Lake City is about 25 miles from Lehi, and the one Salt Lake office on this page, NetWize at 702 West Confluence Avenue in the 84123 postcode, measured 20.33 straight-line miles and routed at 23.58 driving miles, inside the 25-mile limit by 1.42 miles. Galaxy IT of Murray routed at 21.30 driving miles and is inside too, although it is not listed for an unrelated reason. If you only need remote monitoring, patching and help desk support, distance changes nothing. If you need hands on a failed switch inside two hours, a Draper or American Fork office is the better answer.
Because its own website would not load. teamlogicit.com returned HTTP 403 Forbidden on the /UtahValleyNorthUT location page and on a second path, so nothing on that card could be grounded in a current read of the firm's own copy. What is verified is solid: a street address at 195 West Main Street in American Fork, 2.50 miles from the Lehi city offices and the second-closest office here, a 5.0 rating across 8 Google reviews whose star distribution sums exactly, a local 385 phone number, and Google categories of computer support and services, computer consultant, computer security service and data recovery service. Its service list is deliberately cut to managed IT and cybersecurity, the only two those categories support.
Two firms do, and the rest quote. Wits IT Services publishes managed IT from $85 per user per month, month to month, with flat-rate plans and no long-term contracts, plus a $165 assessment on its separate residential line. Solzorro says its rates are on its site and hardware is passed through at cost. Beyond that, Clutch bands Utah County firms by hourly rate, from Axie Consulting of Lehi at $50-$99 through AnchorSix, Digital DataComm, Rock Mountain Technology, DirectPointe and Solzorro at $100-$149 up to InfoTech Enterprise Solutions of Lehi at $150-$199, the top band in the county. InfoTech itself sells a flat monthly rate with no contracts and no hourly charges.
