These terms govern your use of www.bestitmsps.com and everything we publish on it. By using the site you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Best IT MSP is an independent directory that researches and ranks managed IT service providers by city. Our rankings are editorial judgments based on public data and our own evaluation method, and any paid placement is always labelled as such. We are not an IT provider, we do not deliver the services listed, and we are not a party to any agreement you reach with a provider you find here. The decision to hire a provider is yours, and you should carry out your own due diligence first.
You may use the directory for your own lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:
We build provider profiles from public sources and from details providers give us, and we show rating data drawn from third parties such as public review platforms. We work to keep this accurate, but we do not guarantee that any listing, rating, score, or figure is complete or current, and we do not endorse any provider. A provider may claim its profile and ask us to correct or remove it. We may add, change, decline, or take down any listing at our discretion. Any reliance you place on the content here is at your own risk.
Some things on the site are paid, such as featured top-spot placements and premium company or executive profiles. Paid placements are clearly labelled and never change how we rank providers on merit. Where fees apply, they are agreed at the point of purchase and are non-refundable unless we state otherwise. We may change our pricing, with notice to anyone it affects.
If you send us content through the site, such as a message, a listing detail, or a company description, you confirm that it is yours to share and is accurate, and you give us permission to use it to operate and promote the directory. Please do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove submitted content that breaks these terms.
The design, text, graphics, logos, and code of the site belong to Best IT MSP or its licensors and are protected by law. Provider names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify them. You may view and share our pages, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse substantial parts of the site without our written consent.
The directory links out to provider websites and other third parties we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their practices, or anything that happens once you leave our site.
We provide the site "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the site, and rely on anything you find through it, at your own risk.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Best IT MSP and the people who work with us are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or any provider you find through it.
You agree to cover Best IT MSP against any claim, loss, or cost that results from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or content you submit.
We may limit, suspend, or end access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including where these terms are broken.
These terms are governed by, and read in line with, the laws of the place in which Best IT MSP operates. Any dispute connected to them falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.
