Toshitaka Oiwa serves as Chief Executive Officer at Core BTS, a managed IT and cybersecurity provider in Madison, WI (W Beltline Hwy), leading its work across Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, and Cybersecurity.
Toshitaka Oiwa was named Chief Executive Officer of Core BTS, a full-service digital transformation consulting firm, in February 2025. He stepped into the role after serving as Chairman of Core BTS and President of NRI Holdings America, Core BTS's parent company headquartered in New York.
As President of NRI Holdings America, Oiwa served as a board member for all U.S. subsidiaries, driving M&A activity, business collaborations, and growth strategy. Before relocating to the U.S., he was based at NRI's Tokyo headquarters as General Manager of Global Strategy, where he led more than a dozen acquisitions, including the 2021 acquisition of Core BTS.
Prior to joining NRI, Oiwa held a global M&A and post-merger integration leadership role at AlixPartners, a U.S.-based consulting firm.
