Nick Sally is a senior executive, advisor, and mentor with more than 30 years of IT experience across commercial, federal, military, healthcare, and technology industries. His expertise spans corporate technology strategy, solution architecture, project delivery, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT team leadership.
He founded phraCTO, an Atlanta-based IT consulting firm, after decades of building and fixing IT organizations ranging from startups to large enterprises. He saw firsthand how small businesses were underserved by the IT industry and set out to bring the same caliber of leadership and support to them.
His leadership style centers on mentorship: building capable teams, developing talent, and creating organizations that excel. Sally lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and two teenagers, and coaches youth hockey in Norcross, Georgia.
