Michael Stratos is the Founder and President of RedHelm, bringing more than 30 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity leadership. In this role he focuses on strategic direction, key initiatives, and driving the company's continued growth.
He founded Ideal Integrations in 2003 and co-founded Blue Bastion, guiding each to national recognition as technology and security providers. Through strategic acquisitions, including 1Path, he built the collective organization and led its rebrand to RedHelm in 2025.
