During her time at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, she single-handedly supported over 250 computers and users across Linux, Windows, and Apple systems, handling complex technical challenges and leading critical projects.
In 2008 she left St. Jude to focus on her family, but former colleagues kept reaching out for IT support. That demand led her to build Memphis Computer Support, now a leading IT partner for businesses across the Mid-South.
