He has been passionate about technology for nearly 25 years, starting in the 1990s by teaching people how to use computers for word processing, spreadsheets, accounting, and security. Bridging technology with the people who use it was an early focus.
He launched People 1st in 1998, choosing the name because he believed that if he put people first, everything else would fall into place. He networks with over 250 managed service providers worldwide on a monthly basis to sharpen the company's service.
