Manoj has initiated and maintained dozens of Oracle Siebel Systems, SAP, and Microsoft Business Solution (CRM) implementations on a worldwide scale. Before founding tCognition, he was a Senior Technical Support Engineer at both Siebel Systems and Sybase. He has a deep understanding of blending staffing and human resources with the best available technology.
Manoj graduated with high honors from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, and followed it with an MBA at Northeastern University. Outside of IT, he is passionate about crafting fine ales and spirits, and is building a full-scale commercial bourbon distillery beneath tCognition's Boston office.
