Ken Kropp is the owner of Next Level Tech, a Peoria, Arizona-based managed IT provider serving small and medium businesses. He is an information technology expert with deep experience supporting PCs, Linux, and Apple devices in small and mid-sized business settings.
He attended the University of Nebraska, earning a BS in Computer Engineering with a minor in Business Administration. He began his career as an electrical engineer in the manufacturing and engineering sector, where he also worked in IT and decided to move his career fully into IT. He then joined a software development company in the mortgage industry, leaving the sector ahead of the 2008 housing crisis.
Ken next took over IT operations at Royal Oaks Lifecare Community in Sun City, Arizona, where he worked for 8 years, his largest project being a wholly owned, on-site data center. His most recent role before Next Level Tech was at Sprouts Farmers Market, where for over 6 years he managed a team of engineers responsible for day-to-day IT operations.
