Kelly Connery is the CEO and a co-founder of Orbis Solutions, a Las Vegas-based virtual IT department. She leads strategic growth, client success, cybersecurity initiatives, and operations, and her work spans business development, customer retention, account management, and guiding companies through secure, scalable technology adoption.
She has more than 14 years of experience working with large brands, including American Express and FedEx Kinko's, where she built expertise in executive-level relationship sales, operational efficiency, and technology solutions. Over her career she earned multiple performance and leadership awards, including the Excellence Award, Chairman's Circle Award, President's Achievement Award, and MVP Awards.
Kelly is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a background in hospitality and organizational leadership. She is also active in community and nonprofit work, serving with organizations such as the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, Provisors Women's Leadership, NAWBO, CREW, Kiwanis, Ride for Kids, the United Way Women's Leadership Council, and the Grant a Gift Autism Foundation.
