Joe Kelly is the founder and CEO of Business Network Consulting (BNC), a privately held IT services company. He founded BNC in 1997 and expanded it into Texas through a strategic acquisition in 2007. Under his leadership BNC became one of Colorado's Top 100 privately held companies and was named by Inc. Magazine as one of the nation's fastest-growing companies for five consecutive years.
Joe is a serial entrepreneur in technology. In 2010 he launched Legal Workspace, a private cloud solution built for the legal industry, and in 2024 he founded Cybercompliance Partners, a cybersecurity and compliance firm serving the Aerospace and Defense manufacturing sectors.
His companies remain independently owned and free from outside investor influence, which he credits for letting them prioritize long-term client relationships; many BNC clients have stayed with the firm for decades. Joe splits his time between Dallas and Denver.
He is an active member of both the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO).
