As a teen in the late 1980s, he found his passion for IT while working at his father's electronics store on 32nd Street in midtown Manhattan. After earning a business degree in finance from Boston University, he serviced and repaired PCs and printers at Rockwell Computer and Software, a partnership with his two brothers, Charlie and Elliot.
He started RCS Professional Services in 1999 with a focus on customer satisfaction and tailored technology solutions for each client. Outside the office, he is a dedicated Phish fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids in Brooklyn.
