Jason Mock serves as Senior Vice President of Software Solutions at High Touch Technologies, a managed IT and cybersecurity provider in Wichita, KS (Midwest network), leading its work across Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity (NOC/SOC), and Backup & Recovery.
Jason Mock is Senior Vice President of Software Solutions at High Touch Technologies, where he leads the strategic vision and development of the company's point-of-sale software, including cynergi|suite and Nigel, along with custom software and website services. His Software Solutions and Website Services teams support a customer base of over 6,000 locations worldwide.
A High Touch employee-owner for nearly 20 years, Mock has held many roles at the company since 2003, from Purchasing and Vendor Relations to Sales Engineer, Enterprise Account Manager, Director of Research and Development, Director of Business Development, Director of Strategic Research, Vice President of Managed Services, and Vice President of Operations.
He co-authored the original business plan for High Touch's IT Solutions division and developed a managed print services offering that helped save a client over $1 million annually. He led the modernization of the company's rent-to-own POS platform and the development of Nigel, a cloud-based restaurant management POS system built in a joint venture with Thrive Restaurant Group.
Outside the company he is a volunteer coach for the Wichita Bullets 16U softball team. He previously served on the Tech Data Advisory Council from 2014 to 2021 and is a graduating member of the 2014 Leadership Wichita class.
