Jason Egli is the founder of Integrity IT Solutions, a Kansas City managed IT and security provider. He started the company in 2006 as Integrity Computer Services, Inc. out of his parents' basement, beginning with a handful of clients and growing mostly through word of mouth.
As demand for outsourced IT rose during the 2008 downturn, he made the company's first hire in 2009 and moved into a small office at the American Royal Association in Kansas City's West Bottoms. The team later relocated to Union Station and grew to five employees, and in 2012 he rebranded the business as Integrity IT Solutions to reflect its focus on managed IT services rather than computer repair.
He shifted the company toward unlimited support agreements and a proactive managed-services model, and implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to scale operations.
In 2020 Egli sold Integrity IT Solutions to Jeff Pirkey and transitioned into a CIO-focused role, strengthening internal strategy and client advisory services.
