Greg Layok is the CEO of Resultant, a consulting firm specializing in technology, data analytics, and digital transformation. He was appointed CEO in July 2023 to lead and scale the business and increase the firm's client impact across the private and public sectors.
He brings more than 25 years of consulting experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams. Most recently he spent 13 years in various executive leadership roles at West Monroe Partners, a 2,400-person digital services consulting firm, where he helped build and scale its technology practices into a recognized industry leader.
Before West Monroe, he served as North American Managing Director for Thoughtworks, a publicly owned global technology company with offices in 18 countries.
