Frank J. Monaco is the senior partner at 415 Group, an Ohio accounting and business consulting firm, where he leads the consulting division. That work covers business and estate planning, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation support. He previously served as the firm's managing partner from 2003 to 2019, a period during which the firm grew significantly.
Frank has worked at 415 Group since 1994. He values the firm's family atmosphere and working closely with colleagues to help clients become more profitable and reach their goals, and he is proud that 415 Group associates donate more than 3,000 hours a year to area service organizations.
He holds CPA, CVA, ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation), and CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics) credentials. He earned a Degree of Arts in General Studies (1980) and a Business Administration degree with an accounting major (1982) from Kent State University, and a Master of Taxation from the University of Akron (1990). He is closely tied to his community, serving on a variety of boards and volunteering with organizations including St. Paul Church, Stark Parks, and the Akron-Canton Foodbank.
