Fady Salama is the president and owner of Ma'atIT (formerly SimplifyIT A-Z), an Arizona IT solutions company serving CPA firms, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. He treats clients as true partners and centers the business on integrity, giving them exactly what is promised without shortcuts.
Before founding Ma'atIT in 2017, Fady worked at IT consulting firms where he observed unethical practices. He started his own company to put clients' best interests first and provide honest, straightforward IT support, pairing technical expertise with empathy to tailor services to small businesses, accounting firms, nonprofits, and healthcare organizations.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University and has about two decades of experience in the field. His commitment to honesty and accountability stems from a value instilled by his father: a person's word is everything.
Outside work, Fady competes in club car racing, a sport he has pursued since 2007. He is a regional champion who has raced across the Southwest and in Germany, and he also mentors and instructs novice drivers.
