Eric Madden is President and Partner of Astute Technology Management, the Ohio IT services firm he founded in 1998 under the name Eric Madden Consulting and has grown into the team it is today.
Alongside running the company, he is involved in numerous charity and business ventures around the Columbus area. He describes himself as a computer nerd who enjoys learning about all facets of technology, with a particular interest in cybersecurity, and finding ways to use technology to improve life for himself and those around him.
His interest in technology started when his father bought him a Tandy 1000 computer in the 1990s, which led him to pursue a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. Outside of work he is an avid golfer who plays courses locally and around the country.
