Originally from Northern New Jersey, Donny is an alumnus of the School of Management at Syracuse University, where he earned dual degrees in Human Resource Management and Management of Information Systems. He began his career at United Technologies Carrier Corporation in Syracuse, holding roles in HR Information Systems and Educational Technology at United Technologies Corporate.
He then moved into IT Managed Services, spending the following decade building a reputation as a leader in the MSP industry. He led the growth and operations of multiple teams across the Washington D.C. and Virginia regions, with a specialized focus on medical IT support and compliance.
Outside of work, Donny spends time with his wife Kelly and their two children, volunteers as a reading tutor, supports the Life Enrichment Center, and coaches his son's lacrosse teams.
