David Spitzer is the Owner and Lead Engineer of Spitzer Technology Consulting (STC), which he started in 2009 to provide IT support with a personal touch. He first ran the business as a one-man shop out of his apartment, then a garage, and then an accessory dwelling unit, and now leads a company with full-time staff, office space, and a warehouse.
He began his career at a tier-one tech support level taking phone calls, then stayed in the tech field, building skills and advancing through the industry, including participating in builds for large-scale networks such as ICANN and NANOG.
After noticing that many support companies tended to be impersonal, he founded STC to deliver good service from a consistent team that customers can trust to anticipate their needs. He says he is happiest with a problem to untangle and aims to find the best solution for each client.
