Daniel Petersen is President of Applied Tech and an experienced technology executive who believes people are at the core of the business, whether clients, teammates, or partners. He holds the pragmatic view that technology can help people find more satisfaction in their work.
He began his career at the founding of Applied Tech more than 20 years ago, consulting early on with business leaders on using data analytics and workflow automation to improve their operations. That work shaped his belief that metrics can be the foundation for continuous operational improvement.
As President, he applies that thinking across the company to keep improving service to clients and opportunities for the team. Outside of work, he is an avid reader and crossword enthusiast and enjoys exploring Wisconsin with his family.
