Courtney H. Jackson is the CEO and Founder of Paragon Cyber Solutions, LLC, a veteran-, woman-, and minority-owned Florida-based company specializing in information security and assurance. She has more than 20 years of certified hands-on experience in IT spanning both executive leadership and entrepreneurship.
She began her IT career during her service in the U.S. Navy. After completing active duty, she took an entry-level position as an IT Help Desk Representative and worked her way up to the C-suite before leaving the corporate world to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. She also created programs supporting the professional development of women and serves as a mentor for the Women's Society of Cyberjutsu.
She has served as Vice President for Women in Defense Greater Tampa Bay and on the Board of Directors for ISACA, and is a member of the Military Cyber Professionals Association and a Fellow of the Cyber Security Forum Initiative.
