Claire Lewis (Yum) Arnold co-founded Leapfrog in 1998 and serves as its Executive Chair, bringing experience in high-growth business development and long-range strategic planning. She is focused on enabling clients to securely fulfill their mission through highly serviced technology.

Before starting Leapfrog, she acquired a local distributor of consumer goods through a leveraged buy-out and spent the next 15 years building it into one of Georgia's five largest privately held companies, expanding it as CEO from a single-warehouse distributor into a corporation with nine operating divisions. Earlier, she spent nearly 10 years with Coca-Cola USA in marketing, sales, sales management, and long-range planning.

She has served on numerous boards, including six NYSE-listed firms, and held leadership roles such as Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and President and Chair of the Rotary Club of Atlanta. Her many recognitions include 2002 Entrepreneur of the Year from the Metropolitan Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and Atlanta Business Chronicle, 2014 Most Admired CEO in the Technology Sector, and induction into the JA Atlanta Business Hall of Fame.
