Cindy Moss serves as President and CEO at EMCO Technologies, a managed IT and cybersecurity provider in Baton Rouge, LA (& Hammond), leading its work across Managed IT Services, Network & Endpoint Security, and Microsoft 365.
Cindy Moss joined EMCO Technologies in September 2006 and now leads the company as President and CEO. Alongside co-owner and CFO Mike Lee, she oversees corporate operations along with large managed IT service engagements for federal government prime contractors, federal agencies, and major chemical and refining facilities across the US.
Before stepping into her current role, Cindy held several positions at EMCO, including Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Human Capital Management, and Human Resources Generalist.
She is active in the HR community, serving as Vice President for the Louisiana Liaison Group and holding membership in the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management and the national Society for Human Resource Management.
