Chris Rader is the founder of Rader Solutions (RADER), a Louisiana-based managed IT services company. In 1998 he brought together his deep roots in the lumber industry and his technology expertise, with a mission to help lumber companies become more efficient and profitable through smarter systems and data-driven decisions.
His early results were significant: he helped one company grow sales from $100 million to $650 million and increase profits by $12.5 million, and helped another scale from $10 million to $100 million in sales, adding $10 million in profits. Both companies were later acquired by Fortune 500 firms.
In 2002, Chris hired his first employee and launched Rader Solutions, then began laying the groundwork for a broader technology business. The company has since grown well beyond the lumber industry, serving more than 130 clients across 21 states with a team of over 40 people.
