Chad Lauterbach is the CTO and founder of Be Structured Technology Group, the Los Angeles IT support company he started in 2007. He launched the firm out of a passion for helping small and medium-size companies meet their IT and security needs.
Before founding Be Structured, Chad worked as an outsourced CTO, CIO, and CISO, partnering with many businesses to protect their IT infrastructure. He moved to California in 2000 and continued building his skills in network engineering, Windows system engineering, legal and compliance issues, infrastructure buildouts, and IT security.
Under his leadership, Be Structured works to exceed client expectations of what an IT department provides. He is an avid learner who stays on top of the latest trends and security requirements. Outside of work, he reads, runs, listens to podcasts, hikes, camps, and backpacks.
