Brian Pickell is the Chief Executive Officer of KPInterface, a full-service IT company serving small and medium-sized businesses across Philadelphia and the surrounding area. He founded the company in 2006 with his partner Matthew Kirby, with the goal of building a team that delivers high-level support to an underserved SMB market.
He has spent most of his 25-year career in business and technology leadership roles. His approach centers on listening to clients, understanding their needs, and applying technical solutions to their business challenges, a philosophy he says still drives the company today.
