He has spent nearly his entire career in information technology, starting in 1983 when IBM launched its first personal computer. He began in consumer sales, then shifted to focus on Fortune 500 companies in the 1990s. In 2000, he co-founded what he describes as the first IT managed services company in the Midwest, delivering early 'subscription computing' and growing that business to almost $5M in revenue over 13 years.
In 2013, Brad co-founded Virtual IT. In 2021 he completed the purchase of the company from his partners and took the role of President. Under his leadership the company focuses on fast, direct end-user support and serves as the complete outsourced IT department for its clients.
