As President & CEO of ISG Technology in Kansas, Ben Foster leads a team focused on Managed IT services, Cloud infrastructure, and Broadband/telecommunications.
Ben Foster is President and CEO of ISG Technology, a Managed IT and Cloud Services provider, and of Twin Valley, the largest independent broadband and communications company in Kansas. ISG is part of the Twin Valley Family of Companies, and Ben serves as its Chairman and CEO.
His interest in telecommunications stems from a family legacy that extends over 75 years. As a young man he worked hands-on as an installation and repair technician during school breaks. Armed with a degree from Kansas State University, he began his career with Southwestern Bell, holding several leadership roles that culminated in Chief-of-Staff for the President of Consumer Operations.
In 2004 he returned to the family business at Twin Valley, progressing from Director to Vice President to COO before being appointed President and CEO in 2011. Under his leadership Twin Valley expanded by more than 1,000%, including the 2021 acquisition of SKT, and the 2011 acquisition of ISG Technology, which he transformed from a regional IT reseller into a national Managed IT and Cloud Services provider with over 600% growth in recurring revenue.
Ben serves on state and national boards, including the Kansas Fiber Network and NTCA - The Rural Broadband Association, where he is Chair, and is a regular speaker on broadband and technology. He lives in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife and three children.
