Before founding TUCU, Adam built his career in corporate IT at CIBC and HP Canada. He left that path with a clear vision: to help small businesses benefit from enterprise-level expertise, and as a consultant he built networks for small and mid-sized businesses across Toronto and the Durham Region.
In 2013 Zoe Tsoraklidis joined him, and together they developed IT management solutions to combat emerging threats such as ransomware. In 2020 the two became partners and the business was incorporated as TUCU Managed IT Services Inc. The firm has stayed independent and deliberately serves fewer clients in order to serve them better.
