Abu Nahian is the CEO of ITAdOn IT Solutions and the founder of IT Advisors Online. Originally from Bangladesh, he leads the company with an emphasis on kindness, selflessness, and generosity, which he describes as the foundation of his leadership.
As a child he was drawn to taking toys and devices apart to understand how they worked. That habit of pulling systems apart and reassembling them grew into a passion for technology and eventually led him to found the company.
His time working in Australia taught him the value of building close personal relationships, which he says helps him better serve both his employees and his customers.
