I was referred to PC agent by a friend of mine, who is in the real estate business in Toronto. I called and spoke to a most professional man named Spiro. Spiro explained to me exactly what he was going to do and the cost involved, which was much less Than I was quoted if I was to bring my computer to a popular computer store. Spiro connected to my computer remotely through his computer, and I watched him navigate around on my screen as he cleared cashes and downloaded a new virus protection plan. Spiro is honest. I spoke to him about my computer over the phone he broke down the logistics thoroughly and explained it may not be the best for him to take it as it could be a dying computer. I feel that some people may try to take advantage of something like this, and milk it. He pointed me in the right direction. I may have to save my data and move on from this pc.
