Update, still hate their billing department, but the computer service is phenomenal. Our server went down at 4:15 Friday before the 4th of July. No issue, in our office 1/2 hour later. Just finished fixing at 5:20. Exceed my expectations. The worst billing department I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Terrible customer service as far as the billing departmenet. Cannot get invoices mailed out and as soon as they decide you are behind they threaten service disconnection. Turk's Kern Copy, Inc. is not a "commercial printer". They sell and service copy machines, fax machines and printers. They also sell toner for printers and copiers. They don't make copies, send faxes or do any printing jobs. The two negative reviewers are mistaken. 100%

I work for Vasko Electric and our copier is serviced from Office 1 Reno. Our copier is vital to our company as in construction we are definitely not paperless! So when our copier had an error message I freaked out and called Office1 and they were amazing. They dispatched Karl Allen, who not only came when he said he would, he also scheduled a follow up service call.
