I have been a customer of Midwest Protech for about 15 years now. I have bought PC's from them in the past but I don't believe they sell them anymore. I buy the protection plan from them and I have Plan # 1 Basic. They call this their basic plan but it is anything but basic compared to other companies. They give me Datto anti virus which I looked up and it is the best program you can buy. One day I went into my task manager and saw something called endpoint and looked it up. Contacted Midwest Protech regarding a new computer w/Windows 11. Response was quick, I was provided with several choices as well as the option to select any computer of my choice and they would order it in for me. Since I'm not exactly the most savvy computer person, I elected to have them bring the new computer to my home and transfer the data from my old one. I couldn't have been happier with the technician.
