Our main contact Bill Meyer is a fantastic tech and an all around great guy to work with! He's always prompt in getting back with us, he is knowledgeable and thorough when he is on site here at Trailer Equipment. They work with us to make sure we have everything we need and I enjoy never having to work on printers myself because they are always there, which is good for me :) Highly recommend, and shoutout Bill, thanks for everything you do!
Christian and Lucas were a great help! We have had an ongoing issue with our door alarms and as soon as they arrived they had ideas about how to fix them. They were very knowledgeable, professional and went right to work. I am happy they were able to get the issue resolved so quickly.
Christian and David have been outstanding throughout our camera system installation. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would! They were incredibly accommodating, kind, and intentional in how they worked within our memory care neighborhood-always mindful of our residents' needs and protocols. I couldn't be more impressed and would recommend them without hesitation. If you're looking to have the projects done that they cover I highly recommend them as a first choice! They definitely left an impression at StoryPoint Northville.

My church has used Standard/K Group for our copier for about 10 years. We have always been happy with their pricing, machines, and especially their service. Any time we have a problem Scott and Bill have us back up and running sometimes the same day (depending on when the problem happens, obviously.), or right away the next day. Bill, our tech, is a great guy and is a joy to work with. He's not only outstanding at what he does, but fun to talk to as well.
